Returns:

Our return policy allows for returns within 15 days from the date of original delivery. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with parts attached. We do not accept returns of damaged or used items, whether due to customer handling or usage.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that sale items, or discontinued items discounted for clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Returns:

If the reason for returning is due to an error on our part, we will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. However, original shipping costs and return shipping costs for other reasons are non-refundable.
